Mix was born from the union between culinary art and contemporary design. This concept was created by Alain Ducasse in 2003 around the idea of combining the past and the present, cuisine and culture, style and material.

Mix restaurants create a culinary link between France and its country of adoption. The design respects the evolution of tradition balanced with the right mix of the contemporary.

Located on the 43rd and top floor of the prestigious THE Hotel, the “boutique hotel” of the Mandalay Bay offering exclusively luxurious suites, Mix in Las Vegas is an unforgettable experience.

The Chef brings together French gastronomy and American cuisine in a subtle way, with signature dishes of Alain Ducasse.

The unique universe was imagined by Patrick Jouin. From the terrace is one of the most beautiful views of the famous Las Vegas “Strip”. Inside hangs the largest chandelier in the world with its 15,000 hand-blown Murano glass balls.

Mix in Las Vegas is open every day from 6pm to 11pm and the Lounge from 5pm to 2am.
