After Saint-Tropez and London, Rivea comes to Las Vegas offering a renewed take on a French and Italian Riviera influenced cuisine from internationally celebrated Chef Alain Ducasse.
The seaside is more than just inspiration: the restaurant’s “Wave Wall” by the acclaimed Parisian design duo Patrick Jouin and Sankit Manku contains hundreds of glass pieces that mimic the lapping water. A breezy, laid back atmosphere of white and maritime blues welcomes guests and sets a relaxed vibe while offering unparalleled, 180-degree views of the city below.
Rivea provides an authentic international experience for the city’s most discerning visitors.
Menu items inspired by the delectable food markets of Provence and Italy create the casual and vibrant nature of the Riviera, with a focus on simple, fresh plates by Executive Chef Bruno Riou and the best seasonal ingredients from the West Coast.

Just beyond Rivea, perched in the heavens, you’ll find the new Skyfall Lounge, Alain Ducasse’s nightlife concept. With the architects Jouin & Manku, Alain Ducasse created theater-style seating with Las Vegas’ most breathtaking skyline as its stage. Far from the city’s crowds, Skyfall offers intimacy and energy that builds as the night progresses. DJ performances, cocktail dinners and a bartender residency program curated by well-known Proprietors mixologists are just a few of the experiences in store for you at Skyfall.
