Rech restaurant is a real institution and one of the most famous seafood restaurants in Paris. Its first outpost outside France is now open in Hong Kong inside the InterContinental hotel.
The restaurant Rech by Alain Ducasse just like the original one, offers top quality fish cooked with precision and a modern twist.
The architect Marie Deroudilhe has been in charge of the design of the restaurant, she already revamped the Parisian address a few years ago. Marie Deroudilhe found inspiration in the restaurant Rech Paris and gave the new place a modern and relaxed seaside-inspired ambiance, which emphasizes freshness and lightness. She also took advantage of the spectacular panoramic harbor-views.
The Chef Stéphane Gortina is leading the kitchen. He has worked with Alain Ducasse for over 11 years. He composes a menu honoring seafood products with inspired and creative dishes, changing with the tides and seasons.
