An institution since its creation in 1936, this chic Art Deco bistrot is the hub of fashionable "le Tout-Paris", welcoming the who’s who in fashion, business and show business. The dining room, replicating that of the steamer « Normandie », has preserved the spirit of the Flapper generation. If the menu has a special place for all time classics such as Beef Tartare, it nevertheless allows chef Philippe Marc the liberty to showcase his great inspiration with original creations, such as White tuna « snacké » with green tomatoes. This unique atmosphere attracts a regular crowd…
