The best of French classics reinterpreted with a contemporary flair. The excellence of produce sourced from our regions. Taste, above anything else. Generosity and pleasure. This is how to describe the Jules Verne cuisine.

Starting in February 2014, the menu will carry a new “tasting” menu, created by chef Pascal Féraud, allowing you to experience the full Jules Verne sensation. It takes you on a journey of discovery and surprises, in a voyage of 5 or 6 dishes depending on your desires.

The Expérience menu is the true essence of Jules Verne cuisine.

100 % FRANCE ” : Le Jules Verne 430-wine list is an invitation to travel accross all France wine regions. Among the great classics are also vineyards little known in France, as their production is usually exported. These experienced professionals offer us the opportunity to rediscover France with a different eye, presenting exceptional and unexpected bottles, as well as very beautiful products made by a new generation of young winemakers who see the wine tradition differently and represent tomorrows great vineyards.

To complement the new Experience menu, the head sommelier has created two tailor-made wine pairings: “Incontournable “ or “Exception”.

However attachment to French regions does not prohibit a few forays into more or less distant soils…From February, New Zealand, Argentina, Spain, Greece or Switzerland, all beckon you on a voyage of discovery.
