In what was once the barn of this charming ancient mansion once home to a duke of Tuscany, in the heart of a vast 500 hectare domain dedicated to the art of wine making, Alain Ducasse has made true his Italian dream.

At la Trattoria Toscana, he offers you a cuisine steeped in regionalism. Chef Omar Agostini scours the countryside, finding new producers. All the products come from local farmers, from the olive oil made on the property to the wine from Maremme. Even the desserts, to enjoy as extended pleasure, as with all the creations of La Trattoria exude a communicative and irresistible joie de vivre…
