Named after the river that flows by Alain Ducasse's birthplace, the Adour celebrates roots with a culinary style focused on the essentials: taste, food-wine harmony and the pleasure of sharing.
Ever faithful to his passion for local produce, Alain Ducasse Colorado lamb, Maryland blue crab, Amish chicken… The decor harmonizes tones of black and silver, browns, cream and gold, blending into a sophisticated environment matching the legendary elegance of the St Regis Hotel. The wonderful adjacent bar offers an array of cocktail creations and a social cuisine menu, set in a lounge atmosphere.
Some signature dishes at l’Adour: Sautéed cutlets, clams « au gratin » with herbs and the Colorado rack of lamb.
