Together with Executive Chef Julien Jouhannaud, who has worked with Alain Ducasse for nearly ten years, they introduce a menu filled with French classics reflecting their shared passion for the finest ingredients and impeccable technique. While rooted in tradition, the menu showcases contemporary tastes, in a lighter, more delicate fashion.
