Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris, the restaurant Allard is open all summer.
The Chef Fanny Herpin has imagined traditional & seasonal dishes that remind us the cuisine of our childhood in their simplicity & generosity.

On the menu in July, seasonal products such as tomatoes & peach. For the dessert, try out a delicious Cherry clafoutis, a reminder of warm summer family dinners.

Alain Ducasse Edition vous offre deux recettes à la carte de ces restaurants cet été, issues du livre L'Esprit Bistrot :

La recette de la Tarte friande au maquereau, tomate, fenouil, élaboré par la chef de Benoit Paris, Fabienne Eymard. Une entrée savoureuse servie avec une sauce pesto. Disponible à la carte du restaurant tout le mois d’août.

Un délicieux Clafoutis aux cerises noires proposé en juillet par la chef d’Allard, Laetitia Rouabah. Une savoureuse recette pour rappeler les étés gourmands en famille.

Beginning of April, Alain Ducasse Entreprise and Olivier Maurey (MINIPALAIS) will launch Champeaux, a contemporary brasserie located under the Canopée in Forum des Halles, in front of the Jardin Nelson Mandela, opposite Saint-Eustache church. A wide- open and sun-drenched space created by designers group Ciguë, offering a delicious and relaxed atmosphere, in tune with the neighbourhood.
