Benoit celebrates its 100th year anniversary!

Opened in 1912, Benoit is blowing out its 100 candles. To celebrate this anniversary and the much-valued ideals of the Parisian bistro, Benoit has elaborated a gourmet and festive yearlong program for its clients to enjoy. 

A year of delicious celebrations

In Paris,

> In the great Parisian bistros tradition, clients will be greeted with a welcome gesture.

> The special 100-year anniversary menu (100€, drinks not included) is a reflection of Benoits cuisine, steeped in history, authenticity and generosity. 



To start, a glass of champagne, followed by a Delicate beef broth with vermicelli 

Our pate en croute, lettuce leaves with walnut oil and capons in garlic
Grenobloise-style scallops

Sweetbread, cockrel's cockscomb and kidney, "Gourmand" casserole, duck foie gras and truffle jus

The dishes may be subject to change depending on the season and the Chef’s inspiration.


> Upon leaving us, after having experienced our tasting menu, guests will receive as a gift the menu printed on an illustrated special edition display along with the Benoit Birthday book.

Classic, balanced, to the point, it is a perfect reflection of Benoit’s identity.
A preponderant and centralised theme: Bordeaux wine. Estates that may have started to slip into oblivion returning with strength are presented alongside rising stars. Wine sold by the glass, alone or by two, in a carafe (half-bottle) and jeroboam.

The special 100-year anniversary menu and competition will take place at Benoit New York and Tokyo, along with the comptoir de Benoit in Osaka, all of whom are actively participating in this event.
